(More customer reviews)I returned this item on February 11, 2010. I did forget to Email them a tracking #...an oversight of mine, but I DID enclose the order #. Today is March 1, 2010, and I have not received a credit to my credit card. To forget to get a tracking # should be no excuse for Outlet to refuse a refund! I will never buy anything from this place again.
