(More customer reviews)I am pretty well pleased with this little TV. I purchased it as a replacement for my analog kitchen TV, and as such, it does a good job. The only minus is that the sound is poor and the volume won't go high enough. When I have the dishwasher, fan, microwave, and water running, I need volume! Today we enjoyed looking at photos of the grand and great-grand kids through the SD card reader as we ate lunch.
As for the battery complaint mentioned in the previous review; we live on the Texas gulf coast so hurricane use was a concern of ours, too. My TV came with a power cable that can be plugged into the car "cigarette lighter", and I find that much more practical than regular (or rechargable) batteries in an emergency. Regular batteries are often in very short supply when a hurricane approaches, but my car battery is always available. And the car plug-in will recharge the TVs' internal battery.
The instructions were sparse and cryptic, but if a great-gramma like me can figure it out. so can you!
